I have just recently been viewing your artworks. I notice that you classify them as tattoos. While I understand that they are meant as tattoo designs, what mediums do you use to draw this out? I am sorry if my question sounds a little silly if the answer is obvious...
Really lovely. The colors are so bright and vibrant!
As for being a tattoo design, I recommend going back over the linework with a thicker line weight. I'm afraid that the linework would get absorbed into the colors as the tattoo ages and it would be less cohesive. That's the trouble with painterly tattoos: they are gorgeous, but it is unsure how they will age. Regular touch-ups will combat that, I suppose.
Just remember the number one tattoo rule: Bold Will Hold. The colors are beautifully bold, so you are most of the way there!
thank you! And thank you for the advice! I truly appreciate it. I am not yet selling my designs as tattoos, as I realize they are still a little flawed to be permanently inked on people, so I definitely appreciate any tips I can get (;
