EDIT:  Thank you all for helping me find the creators of these works.  It looks like the website has taken down all of the stolen work.  It is unfortunate that things like this happen on a daily basis, but a few small steps here and there help to prevent things like this from happening in the future.  :)

Just sharing an unfortunate circumstance.

I wanted to take a moment to say how thankful I am to have such an amazing support network here on Facebook and elsewhere online. Just a little while ago, a very nice person messaged me about a company illegally using my works on pillowcases. Before I was even able to file a cease and desist order, the video and products were removed by that company (but not before many sales were made). It is unfortunate that this company was able to profit quite a bit before the product was removed, but I can't even imagine how long they would have gotten away with selling the product if not for the person that brought this to my attention.

As an artist, it is difficult enough to work and promote myself to make a decent living. I do it because I love creating work that brings a smile to peoples' faces, but companies that purposefully rip off hard working people constantly put a drain on my willingness to work. It is a little known fact among non artists, but intellectual property (drawings, writing, music, etc.) is immediately protected by copyright laws upon creation. Most companies know this, but a select few choose to ignore it. No matter how difficult I make it to 'steal' an image, there are still people who take the time to photoshop the images to resell illegally online. You guys make it worth it though! I couldn't imagine a more amazing and loving group of people, and I thank you guys for having my back when I am not able to.

Because of you guys, I was able to stop that company from continuing to illegally sell my work and potentially the work of other artists. It is unfortunate that we live in an era where some companies feel that they are entitled to anything online for free (which is part of the reason I don't upload scans of my work); however, it makes me feel so much better knowing that I am part of a group that respects artists and an artist's rights. You guys are incredible <3

:star: SOO Now I need help locating the owners of some of these images. I know a lot of them are dA artists, and they should know their work is being used more than likely without permission.

I believe this one is Nobody

Identified as  Nobody

I know the black and white wolves belong to someone here on dA.
Identified as WolfRoad

If you want to look through the whole store, you can do so here: www.wolvestuff.com/
Before outright attacking them, I want to make sure these artists don't have licensing deals in place. My guess is they don't, based on what happened to me, but I could be wrong.

Edit: A small victory, but it looks like the pillowcase and backpack sections were removed.  There are still many images being used, which almost confirms my suspicion that all of the printed artwork is being used without permission.

Please encourage people to keep checking because I recently found add copy, product descriptions, policy copy and other text from my website, on his site just last month.

He claimed that he was not aware that his “Philippines VA” had copied my text and product descriptions from my website and took them down immediately.  But after a little research I suspect that is not true.

He is also selling on a couple of other websites as well.

I have his contact info and affiliates if anyone wants it, send me a message.  Deviant wont let me post it here.

His name is David Popovich from Israel.
