...and I'm feeling a tad obsessed. Haha. I don't know if it's the fact that I was long overdue for watching a Disney movie, if it was the beautiful animation, the fresh (for a Disney princess film at least) plot, the musical numbers, the fun characters, or a combination of all of the above....but it is definitely up there with The Little Mermaid, Lion King, and Sleeping Beauty as one of my favorite Disney movies.
Anyway, I don't want to spazz out too much. It's just always exciting when I get to be a kid again! And like I said, I think I was long overdue for a Disney movie.
I feel like Disney had hit a rut after Brother Bear....but wow...what a comeback. I'm feeling all happy and giddy after watching. I may have to indulge and watch one more time 
Hehe this calls for fanart. I've been drawing people lately, so hopefully this will be a success.

Who is your favorite character? I think I'm on the bandwagon, because I have to go with Elsa. I think Disney did a great job of capturing a more complex character than they have in the past. I realize it is a Disney movie, but it would be cool to see them go farther with the character- really capture the duality by showing an even more sinister side. I know that is what they were going for, but they were limited with how far they could push the character XD
As far as songs go...I really enjoyed Olaf's summer song haha. That one had me laughing. But all of the songs were great! "Let it Go" had me smiling

On a separate note- I think I will be switching accounts in the next few weeks. I just need to finish up some commissions... I appreciate all of the feedback on my last journal! Everyone had some really good points. I think what it comes down to for me, is that I like the symbolism of starting a new profile. Haha that might sound really melodramatic, but all well.

A Little Update
Woowzers it has been a long time since I've updated my dA journal! As you've probably noticed, I've mostly been AWOL from deviantART other than daily posts which are pre-scheduled for the most part. I apologize for not getting to read notes or respond to comments like I use to. First and foremost, thank you all so so much for the overwhelming support and love. I don't think 2020 is going the way any of us ever would have predicted, and it is truly because of the support of the community that I am able to continue making art to share with you all. Thank you to everyone who has been able to buy a print, order a commission, and/or leave a comment or like. It doesn't go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate it! Since convention season doesn't exist this year, Tyler and I have been working very hard to make constant updates to the store, our Patreon pin of the month club, and content that is available to you all. Until 2 days ago, I had been traveling with three close friends in Peru to gain reference photos and inspiration for new work. This was before COVID-19 was declared a Worldwide Pandemic and when we left there were only 5 cases in our state and only 6 reported cases in Peru. While abroad, we visited Machu Picchu, enjoyed the local culture, and overall had a wonderful trip until the effects of the global pandemic were very suddenly and stressfully made apparent. On the evening of March 15th, two days before our intended departure, the Peruvian government declared an immediate closure of its borders for 15 days. The four of us each had work and families that were waiting for us back home in the states and now we were facing a minimum of 15 days until we would be rejoined with them. Unpredictably facing two weeks in a foreign nation where you speak very little of the language, with no apparent way home and no secure place to stay is a really scary, stressful situation. Frozen was such a great movie, I can't believe how long I waited to read this post. And I loved Elsa too, but I also already loved her voice actress so perhaps my choice was biased. 2nd favorite would definitely be... hmmm... Kristoff (is that how you spell it?). I really liked the opening song where the men were chopping ice. Finally a princess saves the day with true love and it doesn't involve kissing! Have you heard that the next disney animation movie is going to have something to do with Marvel? It's called Big Hero 6 I think.
